Standard Delivery Policy:
It is standard policy to return packages to the local DPD sorting office if the recipient is unable to sign for a delivery. If this is the case, you will receive a DPD calling card with instructions on how to collect your parcel or rearrange delivery. If you did not receive a calling card please contact us and our customer service team will do their best to help you. If your parcel is not collected or re-delivery arranged within 3 weeks DPD will return the package to us. When we receive the parcel back at our warehouse we will be in contact to request confirmation on whether you would like the item re-sent or a refund issued. Please note, if you require a resend you may be expected to cover the return postage costs. All deliveries are sent on tracked service, your tracking number will be included in your dispatch email. Next Working Day Delivery DPD Policy:
We offer a next working day delivery service at an additional cost of £9.99, orders must be placed before 3pm GMT Mon-Thurs. This service is available to UK mainland customers only (excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands). If you live outside of the UK and require express delivery, please contact our team via email@example.com. On the day of your delivery, DPD will send a notification via text/email (usually before 11am) to confirm your 1 hour delivery time slot. There will need to be someone present at the address to sign for the parcel, if no-one will be available you will have various options on your DPD notification email such as rearranging your delivery or leaving in a safe place. If there is no-one available to sign for your parcel and no information has been supplied to DPD, a calling card will be left with instructions on how to proceed. If you encounter any issues regarding your DPD delivery please contact our customer service team who will do their best to assist.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your item please contact our team quoting your order number.
Saturday Delivery Policy:
Our Saturday delivery service will ensure you receive your order the following Saturday if ordered before 3pm on the Friday. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will default to the following weeks Saturday. The service will be DPD tracked and will require a signature upon delivery. You will receive a 1 hour time slot on the morning of delivery via email/text. Please note, the Saturday delivery service is only available to UK mainland customers and excludes certain postcodes (Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands etc.) If you are unsure whether the service covers your area please contact our team on firstname.lastname@example.org / 0044 (0) 121 328 0041 who will advise further.

We are pleased to offer a FREE Next Working Day Delivery upgrade when you purchase 2 Suits or more. Your order will automatically be upgraded therefore please select standard delivery at the checkout. Please note this offer is only available to UK Mainland customers. Mens Tweed Suits hopes that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, however, if you wish to return any goods they must be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The returned goods must be in their original condition, unworn, with all tags and labels attached and in their original packaging. All garments must be free of fragrance and cosmetic or other marks. Please ensure that your original invoice and completed returns form are included in the parcel with your item. Please note, if your invoice and returns form are not included in your parcel this could result in a severe delay to your exchange/refund. Please allow up to 5 working days for damaged goods as they will need to be inspected by our QC department.If you require a refund for your items, please return this within 30 days of purchase. Any returns made within 14 days of your purchase will be refunded fully (excluding delivery charges). Any returns made after the 14 day period, will be refunded in a credit note which can be used on our online store. Your credit note will be valid for 365 days from the date of issue. We are unable to accept any returns on custom suits, blazers, waistcoats and trousers. Please double-check your measurements before ordering. This does not affect your consumer rights.
For international customers; please fill out the relevant customs forms correctly to ensure that no local sales taxes and/or customs duties are incurred. In the event that customs fees and/or taxes are charged, you may be responsible for these charges which will subsequently be deducted from your order. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for postage costs that you may incur when you are returning the goods back to us. If you require an exchange you can use use royal mail (UK customers only). We aim to dispatch exchanges within 48 hours of receiving them however this is subject to change during busy periods. All UK exchanges are sent on a DPD next working day delivery service (for UK mainland customers only). For customers living outside mainland UK, please allow the equivalent delivery time you experienced for your original order for your exchange order.
We offer 1 free exchange for every customer (UK customers only). If you require a second exchange please include a £3 fee to cover the return postage. Depending on your location, your exchange fee will differ. Please see our table below for fees for your return postage. There are several ways you can make payment for your exchange. You can include £3.00 along with your items in your parcel, pay directly into our PayPal account or call our customer service team who can take payment over the phone.
